The house has a south-facing sitting/dining room, opening onto a vine-covered terrace, looking across to a grass slope with walnut and fruit trees. The kitchen leads off the sitting/dining area. There is 1 double bedroom with WC and basin en suite, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bedroom with double bunks and a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The house has a wide selection of books. It is 70 m² in area.
The Upper House is close to the Lower House and ideally suited to being rented together with it for large groups. It can also be rented together with Vigna la Corte, which is about 100 metres away. It does not have its own pool, but, if it is rented on its own (i.e. not together with one of the other two houses), the guests have full access to the pool of Vigna la Corte, if that is occupied by the owners' family or is unoccupied. |

Suitable for elderly or infirm, but there are a few steps down to the front door and into the garden, where wheelchair users will require help.
